Wiz Khalifa

Jay-Z and Beyonce performed at the Coachella 2010.  They got together to sing Jay-Z’s new song, “Forever Young” from his album, Blueprint 3.  The husband and wife performed the song onstage and Beyoncé provided thesinging of the chorus.  They’re many people who probably wished that they have gotten tickets to the performance.

Nobody was really sure if she would be joining him on stage or not, and the music festival fans had a surprise when she came up on stage to sing with it. Jay-Z was dressed in his all-black attire and his wife wore a T-shirt offer shoulders and short shorts.  She did not have her stiletto heels on which has led to additional rumors regarding if she is pregnant or not.  She did wear a black fedora and boots for the song and looked extremely trendy. This duet was certainly a highlight of the Coachella 2010 music festival.

 The Coachella 2010 festival continues to grow.  It is now in its 11th year and it is anticipated that 75,000 people will be attending per day.  Most the events were sold out and fans were lining up to see the huge line up of a variety of artists.  One musical act that could not make it was the Cribs. They were stuck in an airport due to the grounding of airplanes in Europe, because of volcanic ash.  Even though the music festival is still going on, many people are looking forward to the festival next year.

Wiz Khalifa, the Pittsburgh native, has received much acclaim with his hip hop music. He has combined the sounds of modern rap and hip hop with some of the strong techno influences. He has released many mixtapes as well as albums which can be purchased at a variety of websites.

This rapper has a very busy schedule. He often appears with many other groups at a variety of concerts and hip hop festivals. He also collaborates with others and has a group that he performs with.. He parted ways with Warner Bros. music in the summer of 2009, but has continued his presence with Rostrum Records. This independent musician has made an impact on the music scene by taking the Wiz Khalifa music to the internet. He uses YouTube, Ustream and MySpace by uploading videos and songs. He has a huge following on his Twitter site and has led too much of his popularity. His album, Deal or No Deal has taken the second spot on the iTunes store chart, surpassing many of today’s superstars. This young star like Curren$y has taken the hip hop music industry by storm. His ability to use webcasts and other forms of multimedia on the web has created a huge following.
