We knew that the story would not end in regard to the domestic violence charges against Tito Ortiz.  After getting out of jail, he along with his attorney, held a press conference to tell his side of the story.  While speaking to the media, the professional fighter disclosed that the problem is not with him but with his girlfriend. His attorney said that Jenna Jameson, the retired porn star, has been addicted to OxyContin for over a year.  He went on to say that his actions were not about domestic violence, not surrounded a discussion about her use of the drugs.

 During the discomforts, reporters to ask about the future for the couple.  A reporter to ask if a couple of the planning on getting back together, and instead of answering the question, Ortiz got very upset and had to leave the podium.  On the tape, you could even hear him sobbing.

 Tito Ortiz has had prior trouble with the legal system and have been found guilty of assault and battery while before he became a famous professional fighter.  These charges may impact his current legal situation, unless it can be sorted out.  If it is like any of the other recent Hollywood scenarios, maybe he will go to some kind of rehab.  Maybe he can even spent time in jail with Charlie Sheen.
